Battery not charging

When I plugin the USB cable, the battery is not being charged. The LED charging light does not turn on but the battery icon shows the charging image.

Sounds similar to this other issue https://github.com/kiteretro/Circuit-Sword/issues/52 but I couldn't determine the resolution for that issue so I've created a new issue.

Forgot to mention I have tried using other batteries and cables and these work correctly on my other Circuit Sword
