XCode 10.2 cannot compile Mac Example project

I'm trying to compile your example Mac project. Project settings Swift compiler is set to 4.2 (there is no 4.2.1 option) regardless of the error message.

I'm getting the following error: Module compiled with Swift 4.2.1 cannot be imported by the Swift 5.0.1 compiler

Please advise. Thanks

I'm getting a similar error also:

Module compiled with Swift 4.2.1 cannot be imported by the Swift 5.1.3

How to fix this please?

I'm starting to think that this framework and the associated Kite Compositor app is close to a "near death experience". We do not get any responses or feedback from the developers.
