Unable to create account, gets stuck at "One moment please..."

Hello I installed the Kite Plugin for VS Code, and then the Kite Copilot. When creating an account thru the copilot, it gets stuck at One moment, please... I tried not using my system proxy (organization-managed device) and it still dident work. I restarted the machine, but still nothing. Running Windows 11 21H2 (Build 22000.856) Any help would be appreciated, James

I 2nd this on a brand new install on a new (to me) Macbook Pro 2019 work laptop.
