Kite plugin not running in VS code

I have the Kite plugin install but as soon as I open VS code, I get "kite not running" written on the pink band at the bottom. Then, it disappears and when I try to find a keyword from kite in VS code by double clicking on the word, I get the following error

@jamalerhoma I completely left Kite. Since they dropped the personal plan, the service became terrible. In my case I wasn't even notified, it just stopped working, I contacted them and they told me that they would reimburse me, without other alternatives to continue using the service. I have since moved to Tabnine, working great for me.
