Is it possible scroll menu items toger with scrolling view controllers ?

I expect when i start to scroll left or right my viewcontrollers that are in PagingController, options that are above should scroll with my finger as welle. Now its waiting for decelerating of scrollview to change menu item.

Is it possible scroll menu items toger with scrolling view controllers ?
