some problems about the improvement of performance

We ran your code in our cluster, but we did not achieve any improvement. even the non-GPU version is faster than the GPU version :( Our machine: 64GB Memory, 2 socket Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2650 v3 2.30GHz and 2 NVIDIA K80 GPU cards
