MAC Address Hashing (GDPR)

I'm undertaking a project whereby I'm using Kismet for collecting data on wireless AP metrics. This results in client device MAC addresses being displayed in the UI and stored in the database.

Is there a method for hashing the client (non AP) MAC address,?
