I'm looking about your system and i'm trying to run it despite the very little information provided I managed to connect the database and the web interface by adding everything in the config.php file of the application folder, I see that the last update was the fact that you were in the process update to code igniter 3 however during my local test I have many errors such as:

@Amrizamaa : The update is still in progress. Whatever error you are getting is might be you are not setting up your virtual host and folder permissions.

Hello dear dev, I am interested in a system like ci_hms, but the port to CI3.x is not complete:

the name of the controller files must start with a capital letter, same for the templates and libraries.

otherwise on authentication there is no encryption... curious
