Can't rotate and get the whole image

If cropping an high image and I want to rotate it 90 degreees, the crop grid can't catch the whole image.

Two problems:

(1) The crop grid can't be larger than the original position (if not zoomed in) (2) You cannot zoom out enough to make the whole image fit in the screen
