any update on this issue? similar problem occurs when using with github.com/greenpau/caddy-auth-portal

No update. Truthfully I have as close to zero free time as possible right now and for the foreseeable future.

Feel free to push a commit to the repo to fix (there was a hacky style possible fix discussed on the caddy forum post linked above but im not particularly fond of it) or to start a discussion here about other possible solutions.

While I dont have time myself to address this I am more than willing to be available to help.
