No option to login via GitHub from `kiro-cli login`

Bug Description

I have a paid Kiro plan (user id d-9067c98495.8448a428-1081-704b-4202-3d4b28cbb4a6). I access this by using GitHub authentication.

However from the CLI on my headless remote host, I am unable to log in to the cli. There is no option to use GitHub to login from this environment.

If I choose builder id, there's still nowhere to choose GitHub https://view.awsapps.com/start/#/device?user_code=JWMH-KTWC

The result is that I am paying for a subscription that I cannot use.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pay for a Kiro account at kiro.dev using GitHub to authenticate the account
2. ssh into a remote host and invoke kiro-cli login
3. Notice you cannot achieve login

Expected Behavior

I expect to be able to use the account that I'm paying for!
