Missing features in Add Recipe

I'm opening this issue because this mobile client is not very good if you want to add/edit recipes, which imho is quite important.

There are numerous missing features and bugs when adding a new recipe:

• number of servings (unless that's what you mean by 'Recipe yeild')
• total/prep/cook time
• Star rating
• When 'Save Recipe' is pressed, it saves it but keeps it in the editing screen. Pressing again creates a duplicate recipe. Everything in that tab is kept in local cache even if it has been uploaded already.
• Favouriting recipe when adding it
• Changing the order of ingredients / steps
• Tags
• Categories
• Add to cookbooks
• Tools
• Nutrition
• Assets (can be photos, documents...)
• Notes
• Original URL
• Ability to parse ingredient amounts if that setting is enabled / edit the specific sections

Recipes should also be able to be edited.
