Move to Czon.AspNetCore.EasyAuthAuthentication

Because of the public usage of this package, we will move it into the org GitHub org @codez-one and on NuGet to the org czon. This helps us to avoid something like the delayed deployment because the owner wasn't available. So we will move with the next big release this package to the new org. The only thing we should think of, if we should move the version 2.x.x to both orgs. So we publish two packages. So the users of 2.x.x mustn't change their references.

The same problem is existing for the Namespace. We will also rewrite the namespace so target applications will fail if we can't find a way to rewrite it to build time.
