Kosinski+M support

While working on a project, I decided to use Flex2 instead of ClownMapEd. This project uses Kosinski+M for a lot of art, and Flex2 only supports Kosinski, KosinskiPlus, and KosinskiM. If this compression algorithm could be added, that would be very much appreciated!
