[React 19] [bug] SVG with dangerouslySetInnerHTML content does not trigger first click

On a second thought... I think this might **not** be a bug with react. Prior to https://github.com/facebook/react/pull/26501 it was working, since some changes (in this case the `dangerouslySetInnerHTML`) were dropped...
