This would be implemented as a non-default preference (default behavior matches how document-based apps work on macOS, and default Terminal/iTerm2 behavior).
I broke it in the transition to SwiftUI settings, it does work in the current 2.5 release.

For macOS I’ll make it show the font picker immediately; for iOS I’ll show the system/app built-in fonts and provide a button to select a font from the system font...

@woojoo666, please try 3.2.1 from https://cydia.hbang.ws/. Does that work for you? 3.1.3 is also available on that repo if you’re still having issues.
That code isn’t yet in use; and whether it will be released in 1.2 or not depends on whether Apple will accept or deny my request for a sandbox rule...
