Multilang support?

Using this handy tool is not a big deal. But it would be much more user friendly if we can translate it.

Thanks so much for everyone volunteering, I really appreciate it! At the moment the site isn’t really set up for localisation, but I’d really like to start making it localisable as soon as I have a spare moment to. The dll (which only really has the start menu/control panel description string) and installer are pretty much already set up to be localised though, so I’ll definitely have to look into getting that set up.

Thanks. It's a pretty cool project. I only miss 9x support but it's still a huge idea. It deserves to be widespread. I mainly focusing onto the application itself but translating the site can be easily done too.
