Already installed, LegacyUpdate.exe UI continues to suggest to install Root Certificate update and Legacy Update

The default UI of Legacy Update installer could be improved to avoid the situation that user could think these two items have yet to be installed meanwhile they have already be installed by Legacy Update installer.

In an advanced mode, re-installing a item could stay an option.

I’m trying to rethink rough parts of the setup UX, likely for 1.11, so I appreciate the ideas!

Root certs update somewhat frequently, the latest being 28 May 2024. We can’t know they’re up to date until we download the trust lists and check the last modified timestamps. The best solution I’ve considered is to hide that option for a week after the last time you ran a root certs update.

I wouldn’t want to hide the Legacy Update item when the matching version is installed, because this allows you to do a repair reinstall. Full uninstall and reinstall isn’t a big deal, but if someone has an issue, I want it to be easy to try a quick in-place reinstall.
