Legacy Update 1.9 won't install SP1 on Polish Vista RTM

Vista RTM x64 Home Premium Installer of SP1 expects English, French, German, Japanese or Spanish language pack before running setup.

I think you know winiso.pl there download new vista. It work on that. I putted installation on vmware + legacy update and work. Of course it unlocked 216 updates via windows update (what is changed by legacy update, how author tell).
