Installing recommended by Microsoft update causes Legacy Update to not find Vista updates

Installing strongly recommended by Microsoft 2019-05 critical security update for Windows Vista against BlueKeep vulnerability (KB4499180) totally breaks Legacy Update. Since then it always shows that Windows is up to date even if I uninstall some previously installed updates. Also, all 30+ optional updates disappeared! (tested on 2 physical machines)

I know that’s not probably LU fault because this update changes build number to 6003 and Windows Update does not recognise „Vista 6003”, but it will be good if LU would fix this.

Finally, I have suggestion to add option to install Server 2008 non-ESU updates on Vista (like on XP), because it does not require any workarounds.
