For 1.3.0, we already have updated Gems. Next I think we can work on reviewing the CSS gridster replacement by CSS grids, and then prepare a branch with Vue.js.

Might be easier if we use containers and/or VM's for test/developing it I think. The docs are great already for development, I could set up Annif quite quickly. But nothing...

And once that's implemented in the backend, for the frontend there are libraries like [Kindergarten](https://github.com/JiriChara/vue-kindergarten), [CASL](https://github.com/stalniy/casl-vue-example), that support authorization through permissions/groups.
