I wonder if this is related to using ap-gew4.spotify.com. librespot 0.4 used to have loads of problems with that particular access point and there was a change made to avoid...

There are some new packages/binaries at https://github.com/kingosticks/gst-plugins-rs-build/actions/runs/10886698789 with more logging. Run `GST_DEBUG=3,*spot*:6 mopidy` to see more of what librespot is doing.
So @lcvisser and @Crosant did you both install Pulseaudio? Stock Raspbian doesn't use it AFAIK. I can't reproduce this warning message.
