Mopidy now requires minimum Gstreamer version v1.18. Re-open if this is still a problem.
The seemingly excellent fix at https://github.com/mopidy/mopidy/pull/1876 was never merged. I personally wasn't interested enough to make time and go through it, which is regretable but that's life for me these...
Is there anything we can do in Mopidy about this?
Perhaps taking it upstream is worthwhile (if not done already).
Maybe try https://discourse.gstreamer.org/ ? The GST devs are helpful and responsive, they should be able to help. Unless someone (@2e0byo) got around to trying to experiment at https://github.com/mopidy/mopidy/issues/2032#issuecomment-1517514608 to rule-out...
Did you identify the issue and is there a fix somewhere for this in #2315 ? To me, https://github.com/MiczFlor/RPi-Jukebox-RFID/blob/33baf837cbcf46a57532b92c7d0fbd685f9bc957/scripts/installscripts/install-jukebox.sh#L631 looks like the problem when the value contains a dollar sign...
