why do not my ubuntu show the of function of Youcompleteme ? ubuntu 14.04 ,,

anything else need to be configured for YCM? seems it does not work also on my ubuntu 16.04.

need another file of "ycm_extra_conf.py"? also put it in the root directory of the project. and did not work.

any idea from you ? thanks @hmybmny
