When usning a serial, windterm will crash after remove a serial hardware on ubuntu.

Envirment

• Ubuntu 20.04, but I think it should be happend on other linux system.

Operate flow

1. use windterm connect to a /dev/ttyUSB* serial device
2. remove usb-2-serial device
3. windterm will lost response and crash after a few seconds
