[BUG]WSL cannot be opened on one of the computers

In order to facilitate the use of both the home computer and the company's computer at the same time, I put the WindTerm directory on Onedrive and the .wind directory on Onedrive.

One of the machines can open WSL normally, but the other computer cannot open WSL.

In fact, this computer has WSL installed, and it can be opened normally through wsl.exe or bash.exe in CMD, but cannot be opened normally in WindTerm
