French Keyboard on Debian 11 via SSH : prompt ok, but VIM sending wrong chars

Hello,

I have a french keyboard, I must use ALT-GR + KEY to make special chars. I connect to a Debian 11 server, all special chars are ok on terminal command line (# ~[ ] { } etc..) but not using VIM editor, for example I have £ instead of # or <9b> instead of [

If I use Putty or SmarTTY all is working good so I think it's not a Debian or VIM configuration problem !

Is it a bug ?
