Confirmation for destructive actions

It would be nice with a prompt when clearing saved playlists.

I'd prefer a ! sign to the command, Vim-style, such that when clearing a saved playlist, you'd have to do "clear!". Don't know how this could be smoothly integrated into a custom binding, though.

Perhaps key bindings for commands that need confirmation will just yield an error. So, I support the idea of needing confirmation for highly destructive actions such as clear, but not in the form of a prompt.
