Unable to make msi under windows 2019

Hi! Installed everything. But whtn I create msi I receive this error:

What I did wrong?

99% sure that the issue from the OP (not sure about the other 2) is that they are running it as "administrator" which has some hiccups that I THINK were fixed in a later PR. Not 100% sure if that got compiled into a new release or not. But best practice is to not log into a Windows Server as administrator anyways. You should log in as a named user and escalate your process to administrator only when needed.

That being said, this does look like a bug that we should fix at some point.
