Installed xplorer_0.3.0_amd64.deb it won't run

Steps To Reproduce

Install .deb image try xplorer on a terminal or launc via menu

Expected behavior

It must run

v0.3.0

Operating System Version

Linuxmint 21.2

Additional Information

Via menu it does nothing Try in a terminal it throws the errror: xplorer: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The same issue is happening with the xplorer-bin 0.3.1-2 AUR package (which uses the .deb package) on Arch Linux.
