Instructions in Readme are not clear or out of date.

The instructions say when you run "karma init" to 'Choose "yes" for Require.js.'

But this is impossible because karma init skips this question (it just blows right past it and forces it to be "no") -- There must be some condition that forces it to assume you are not using require.js -- what is that condition? What else do you have to do that is extra?
