[Accessibility: Keyboard]: Element highlight on keyboard focus

Most elements in the whole project interface display keyboard focus with a thin dashed line around then. This line is hard to see and inconsistent with the much better mouse on-hover highlights in places where they exist (buttons for instance).

In the screenshot attached, focus is given with the keyboard to the power-off button and with the mouse to the restart button

The screenshot is related to the old UI. Please, test on new UI, ie, current UI released.
