any traffic regardless of port specified is redirected to wokd...

I have a few other services on 443,9000 and some others soon as wok'd is installed all traffic is redirected to it..

All your traffic is redirected to wokd?

I think you need to review the rules in your firewall (firewalld / iptables) and of course the SELinux polices (that if you are using Linux).
