Login information is cleaned up when changing language

2. Enter user/password to login
3. Changue language/locale

Excepted behavior:

• The UI is updated to the new language/locale without clean up the login input boxes

Actual behavior:

• The login input boxes are cleaned up when changing the language/locale.
