Allow to set disk performance options per guest and template

In some cases, it is crucial to set performance options for a VM's disk. For that, you currently have to use virt-manager or virsh. This should be implemented into the panel.

The mentioned features are:

  • IO-Mode
  • Caching mode
  • Disk driver (IDE, SATA, SCSI, VirtIO) (crucial for some hosts e.g. Windows!)

@ramonmedeiros and @alinefm: It looks like this bug might also encompass/resolve #908 if it includes the ability to change disk caching mode. Just FYI.
