System Modules filter does not show messssage "No records found" for unmatch criteria

Host -> System Serives -> System services Management

1. Start typing any unmatched string in filter e-g testingforfilter
2. listing goes blank it does not say "No records found"

This problem was solved in the "System services Management" but not on the "System Modules management"

I'll update the issue title to reflect this.
