NW: Feature to support different name/connection name for interface.

Currently the ginger networking tool is build with an assumption of supporting interface with DEVICE,NAME and ifcfg- will have same value,

Our tool will break, if interface is created outside our tool and filename is not same as device.

One thing to consider here is if this setup (DEVICE with different value than NAME) is actually valid. I'll look into it to see if it can happen.
