Update katex fonts path

The vendor katex.min.css assumes that fonts will be in a subdirectory of the css file, but the actual packaging places /fonts at the same level as /css. This is the same issue as #26; currently, Katex fonts yield a 404 which breaks rendering of certain formulas. This PR changes the CSS to use a relative path lookup for the font locations to match the packaging.
