Add option to upload profile and company photo

Describe the problem

Currently, If one likes to upload a picture for his profile or for the company logo it has to be hosted somewhere and the link to it needs to be set so that it can be shown.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have the option to upload a picture from the computer and to be able to use it, without having to host it somewhere.
