I tried a fix at #1109, which makes it fail fast when log manager is overloaded while applying tasks.
@WenyXu Needs more detailed info for developers. For example, the key component or code segment etc.
I think we can close this issue right now.
Looks like it's expected. The SmallInt type range is –32,767~32767.
It's the issue introduced by #4301
