Yomitan is unable to highlight text inside the Anki Export dialogue window

Hi,

First of all thanks for your amazing extension and website!

I'm sorry to bother you with this, but I noticed that Yomitan is unable to highlight the word I look up inside the Anki Export window. Is there a way to allow it to do so?

I realize it might be a restriction with the way extensions work for chromium browsers so that it might not be able to do it.

Can you upload a video demonstrating the issue so I can see exactly what you're doing? Yomitan should already be able to highlight words inside the Anki export UI.

Can't make a video at the moment, but I will try to clarify with some screenshots.

I am able to manually highlight the word just fine, but Yomitan doesn't seem to be able to do it inside this anki export window.

I see, i misunderstood what you meant by "highlight." I understand what you mean now, thanks.

This is an issue with your yomitan settings @IanVanLier I believe. I had the same issue, tweaked some settings, and it fixed it. But I cant seem to find which one it actually was. Enable advanced settings and tweak some things and see if you can find it. If not, I can upload my yomitan settings for you so you can start from there.
