This is still WIP as I haven't figured out how to share the Docker image on gcr.io yet.

I am not seeing any of the PNG being rendered ?

It's a GitHub limitation in PRs. You can see the PNG by clicking on the ... by the filename, then View file, e.g. https://github.com/killbill/killbill-docs/blob/909d0e56491206d14e9ae20099c602fa9cebd475/userguide/assets/img/gcp/CloudSQL2.png.
