Kaui 3.0.24-8c37850 - Kenui and Analytics links showing by default

Kenui and Analytics links are showing on the Settings page. I do not have these installed and as a result, when I click on these, it errors out.

Tested in 3.0.24-bb309f0. Still seeing analytics plugin link though its not installed.

Links do not show up now when plugins are not installed.

However, even after installing the plugin also, the link does not show up.

3.0.24-b496919. The plugin links are now shown correctly on the left menu. No default ones are shown. Only if an installed plugin has an individual config page, then it shows up.
