Add CI job to regenerate the client

Following the steps here, create a Ci job to automatically regenerate the code

Steps to regenerate the clients have been documented here. While we could automate the regeneration, often this requires a new updated version of go-swagger, which is a manual process as we need to rebase from upstream.
