What time zone in the time in?

it should be your browser local time, are you using the parse date functionality (does the log line contain a timestamp?)

Yes the log for example contains:

2015-07-30 17:51 <hendry> ACTION tries view-source:http://frame.dabase.com/ on the sign

But it appears as:

07/30/15 05:51:00 <hendry> ACTION tries view-source:http://frame.dabase.com/ on the sign

in this case the timestamp doesn't contain a timezone so UTC is assumed I think, that's why.
