Hi @jpwhitney. Had you had any luck using it with 900HP?

San Antonio, TX should be CST and is getting San Antonio - America/Shiprock (MST) offset -25200 which is incorrect. I guess database needs more precision.

I can confirm I see this behavior happen in 1.2.2.. Haven't upgraded to 1.2.3
