app-button not accepting clicks

I'm finding it quite hard to reproduce this issue.

Occasionally after a long period Chrome seemingly stops allowing clicks on buttons. (Clicking buttons that have event handlers, does nothing)

At first i thought it was just my webapp that was experiencing the issue, yet when i tried the App.js demos, they were not working either.

To confirm i wasn't going crazy and that my mouse input was to blame, i confirmed by checking Firefox and Internet Explorer.

I'm unsure how I can provide any debugging information, would appreciate any advice!
