Fixed content ?

Hello all ,

Do you have an idea how to fix a div ( like a sub-topbar ) in 'app-content' ? ( like a fixed table header in http://www.fixedheadertable.com/ )

As it seems, 'app-content' is resized to fit on page-change, the fixed div jumps in/out when the page displays ...

Any hint ? Thx
