I saw some similar concept by ByteDance (but based on Sam2) https://lxtgh.github.io/project/sa2va/

Both might be of interest for WanWrapper, although has a node already https://github.com/adambarbato/ComfyUI-Sa2VA (but ComfyUI-Sa2VA perhaps a little clunky, specially the models since it uses the full huggingface content)
