Configurator not flashing non-alpha keys for Infinity 60% LED

Hi there,

I'm trying to flash my Infinity 60% (one from the GMK 3Run drop) but am having some problems. The configurator looks to be setup right, but isn't changing the bindings of anything except for the alphas (e.g. where caps, control, , etc. normally are). I was trying to change my "Alphabet" layout to be more HHKB-esque and ran into this. I'm adding the JSON layout file for replication.
